Mr Commander

This story first war era. A civilian clothes horse across a small group of soldiers, exhausted and weak from the battle that was digging trenches for their defensive positions that seem very important. The commander who did not seek help, shouting commands, threatened to punish them if their work is not completed within 1 hour.

"Why do you not help?" asked the horseman.

"I'm the commander. They should be subject to the orders," replied the commander, and added, "Help yourself if you feel sorry for."

The commander was surprised to see the horseman dismounted and helped the soldiers until the job was finished.

Before leaving the stranger congratulated the soldiers for their work, and approached the commander of his wonder.

"You should pay attention to the main command every time your rank stop you to help your people - and I will provide more permanent solutions," said the stranger.

In short, it now recognizes the commander was none other than a general, and the acquisition of new learning.

(The story basically does exist, though here and there occurs a difference. What is more important is the message rather than the truth of history.)
